The lives of a middle-class suburban community are rocked by a baffling global event: The disappearance of every child, as well as a sizable percentage of adult men and women.

 

There are various theories and conspiracies: Aliens, biblical, scientific… but with events so fresh, attention is turned to dealing with the devastation and widespread panic and grief.

 

An uneasy , eerie calm eventually returns, and life continues...Yet the mystery unfolds through the assorted neighbours who live in an idyllic cul-de-sac; lives that on the surface may have appeared perfect.

 

But were the demons here all along?
